  • Entry-Level Field Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:

     You’ll identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, complete attic assessments, schedule technician appointments, and manage paperwork and calendars efficiently. You'll attend daily team meetings (Monday–Friday) and represent the company with optimism, empathy, and integrity.


    Expectations:

     We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter with strong time management, goal-setting abilities, and a team-focused mindset. A background in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods and motivated by results.

  • General Labor Contractor

    We are a fast-growing leader in home services, looking for hardworking and dependable General Labor Technicians to help deliver attic insulation and related services.


    Responsibilities:

     Daily tasks include performing attic insulation with blown cellulose, loading and unloading trucks, operating tools and machinery, installing attic baffles, moving materials on-site, maintaining clean workspaces, and supporting general labor needs.


    Expectations:

     Candidates must maintain professionalism, work efficiently with urgency, thrive in a collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to the shop, and weekend availability are required.


    Qualifications:

     We seek individuals who are hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Strong communication skills and bilingualism in French are assets.

  • Entry-Level Recruiter

    We’re seeking a competitive, people-oriented recruiter to help build our growing sales team in the West Island (Pointe-Claire) for one of the leading home service companies offering attic insulation and mold solutions.


    Responsibilities:

     You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage onboarding, track recruitment metrics, and ensure the sales team remains well-staffed. Collaboration with both the sales and management teams will be essential.


    Expectations:

     We value individuals with strong communication skills, confidence on the phone and in person, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and online tools. Experience in customer service, sales, or PR is an asset, and bilingualism in French is preferred.
